Xakarii the Dark Oni

He looks frightening, with pitch black skin, long glittering horns which curve up from his forehead, and a long sticky tongue coiled within his wide mouth. Twin plumes of smoke drift up from his flaming eyes, and foul-smelling smoke rises from his body. Red-hot metallic talons extend from his fingers, while his legs are thin and spindly like those of a frog, with flat webbed feet. A long black tail trails out behind him, tapering off to a serrated blade of white-hot steel.
