Xakarii the Doombringer Oni

He looks hellish, with dark bubbling skin, red-hot metallic horns which leave a trail of black smoke through the air, and a thick slug-like tongue which writhes and coils within his huge gaping maw. His dark eyes gleam with malice, and foul-smelling smoke rises from his body. Red-hot metallic talons extend from his fingers, while his legs are thin and spindly like those of a frog, with flat webbed feet. A long black tail trails out behind him, tapering off to a serrated blade of white-hot steel.
