Oraxis the Lesser Demon

He looks terrifying, with a thick, ridged carapace, long serrated horns which arc back from holes in his hoplomacus helmet, and serrated fangs protruding from his mouth. His eyes glow a dull green, and a pair of wickedly barbed wings are folded up behind his back. Long barbed talons extend from his fingers, while his legs are thin and spindly like those of a frog, with flat webbed feet. A long flexible tail trails out behind him, tapering off to a hooked blade of serrated steel.
