Omega the Rotting Dragon

He is reasonably attractive, with rotting scaly skin and dark brown eyes, and a crown protecting his head. His naked body is very muscular, with a thick neck, broad shoulders and sinewy arms and legs. He is nearly six and a half feet tall, and doesn't seem to be particularly agile on his feet. A pair of red scaly wings are folded up behind his back.
