He looks hideous, with pale blue skin, a halo of dust which swirls around his head, and a long sticky tongue coiled within his wide mouth. Lightning arcs back and forth between his white glowing eyes, occasionally forking downwards to crackle around his body. Electrified talons extend from his fingers, while his legs are thin and spindly like those of a frog, with flat webbed feet. A long flexible tail trails out behind him, tapering off to a curved blade of electrified metal.
